We’ve built some retainer packages based on our experience with customer/physician requirements.
Light Package
- Existing practice takeover of operations (depending upon existing staff, size of the practice, how much staff physician wants to retain)
- valuating and restocking of medical supplies
- Adding latest medical equipment if requires
- Evaluating and adding latest EMR
Gold Package
- Starting new practice
- Finding office space
- Negotiating the lease
- Making leasehold improvements as per physician requirements
- Order and setup clinic furniture
- Order and setup clinic medical equipment
- Finalizing and setup EMR together with all IT requirements
- Hiring and training the clinic staff
- Taking care of staff salary and coordination with accountant
- OHIP billing setup and advise.
Platinum Package
- All services from Light and Gold packages
- Expanding the practice or add real estate to the practice.
- Finding and coordination with the developer, engineer, and builder
- Marketing the building and to fill the office space in the building with other healthcare services.
- Preparing and negotiating leases with tenants in coordination with the building owners
- Arranging building maintenance and other services to run the building.
